Data Deletion

At LN Djital Social Manager, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of all your data at any time using any of the methods below.
Option 1: Self-Service (In-App)
- Log in to your account at postiz.lndjital.com
- Go to Settings
- Under "Connected Accounts", click Disconnect for each social media account
- Navigate to Account Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
This will:
- ✅ Delete your account and profile information
- ✅ Revoke all social media access tokens
- ✅ Delete all scheduled and draft posts
- ✅ Remove your analytics data
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Body: Include the email address associated with your account
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email once complete.
Option 3: Facebook / Instagram Users
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove our app access directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find "LN Djital Social Manager"
- Click Remove
- Check "Delete all posts, photos and videos on Facebook that LN Djital Social Manager may have published on your behalf"
- Click Remove
- Go to Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find "LN Djital Social Manager"
- Click Remove
What Gets Deleted

What We Cannot Delete
Content that was already published to your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) remains on those platforms and must be deleted directly from each platform. We only remove data stored within our Service.
Data Deletion Callback (Meta/Facebook)
For Meta platform compliance, we support automated data deletion callbacks. When you remove our app from Facebook, we receive a callback notification and automatically initiate the data deletion process.

After processing, we provide a status URL where you can check the deletion status.
