These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LN Djital Social Manager ("Service"), operated by LE Ngoc, micro-entrepreneur registered in France.

By accessing or using our Service at postiz.lndjital.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

LN Djital Social Manager is a self-hosted social media management platform that allows you to:

  • Connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others)
  • Create and schedule posts
  • Publish content across multiple platforms simultaneously
  • View engagement analytics and insights

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Have legitimate access to the social media accounts you connect
  • Comply with the terms of service of each connected social platform

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation (French, EU, or applicable international law)
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Collect or store personal data about others without their consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for spam, unsolicited advertising, or automated bulk posting in violation of platform policies
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

By connecting social media accounts, you also agree to comply with:

YouTube Users: By using the YouTube features of our Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of all content (text, images, videos) you create and publish through our Service
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content to your connected social media platforms
  • This license expires when you delete your account or the content

7.2 Service IP

The Service, including its original features, functionality, and design, is operated by LE Ngoc and is powered by the open-source Postiz platform (Apache 2.0 License).

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues
  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for content published by users through their social media accounts
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or terms

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge our data collection and processing as described therein.

11. Account Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service settings or sending a request to [email protected].

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, use the Service for illegal activities, or cause harm to other users or the Service.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

  1. Amicable negotiation (first step)
  2. Mediation through a certified mediator in accordance with French law
  3. Courts of competent jurisdiction in France
